This service enables you to get a waste management license, which is a mandatory requirement for companies involved in the transportation, collection, treatment, storage, reuse, or final disposal of hazardous waste, as well as the final disposal of non-hazardous solid waste.

Special conditions
- Compliance with Royal Decree No. 114/2001 on the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Law is required
- An environmental permit is required for hazardous waste treatment or final disposal of non-hazardous waste
- Compliance with Ministerial Decision No. 17/93 on Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Management Regulations is required
- Compliance with Ministerial Decision No. 18/93 on Hazardous Waste Management Regulations is required
- Compliance with Royal Decree No. 115/2001 on the Protection of Drinking Water Sources from Pollution is required
- Compliance with Royal Decree No. 119/94 ratifying the Basel Convention is required
- Compliance with Ministerial Decision No. 10/2017 amending certain provisions of the Hazardous Waste Management Regulation is required
- Compliance with Ministerial Decision No. 48/2017 on the issuance of the Environmental Permit Regulations is required
- Compliance with all technical requirements specified for licenses issued by the Authority is required
- A semi-annual report must be submitted during the validity period of the license
