Registration Platform Launched for RAM Programs
your profile: Royal Academy of Management

As part of its ongoing efforts to enrich and develop leadership and administrative capabilities, the Royal Academy of Management has launched its dedicated platform for programme and initiative registration. This initiative aims to enhance the sustainability, development, and advancement of the administrative sector. The Academy is in the process of introducing a comprehensive system of initiatives and programmes aligned with the "Administrative Competencies 2040" framework, designed to cultivate the skills, knowledge, and practices necessary to achieve the national vision.
To access the platform, users must first create an account and provide the required personal details, including their civil ID number, card expiry date, phone number, and email address. A verification code will then be sent via SMS, accompanied by an email confirmation, allowing the user to log in. Upon first access, users will be prompted to complete their personal information, upload academic qualifications, and provide professional details. Additionally, they will need to submit a scanned copy of their ID card and any other necessary documents. Once the profile is complete, users will be able to browse the available programmes.
Each programme listing includes comprehensive registration details, enabling users to review key aspects such as the schedule, language of instruction, objectives, target participant numbers, admission criteria, and the mode of study—whether in-person or blended learning.
Applicants must ensure they submit all required details when registering, including the establishment number, commercial registration, and job title, particularly if the programme is tailored for business owners. Upon successful submission, an email confirmation will be sent. The application will then undergo a screening and verification process, after which the Academy’s team will contact successful candidates.
In alignment with Oman Vision 2040, the Academy aspires to develop and empower national leaders by focusing on administrative competencies. In response to the global shift towards digital education and training, the Academy has embraced digital transformation to streamline its services and enhance accessibility for beneficiaries of its programmes and initiatives.
