The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) provides integrated digital services to business owners in the private sector, creating a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and advancing the digital transformation goals of Oman Vision 2040.
One of the key e-services offered is the “Change the Company Grade” service, enabling businesses to update their grade following changes recorded with the Ministry of Commerce. The process is simple and begins by logging into the OCCI website using a phone number or ID card, with electronic authentication activated. Users select the service from the available options, enter their Commercial Registration and Chamber numbers, and verify their identity by entering their ID card PIN. The system then directs them to the invoice page to complete the required data, followed by e-payment. Upon successful completion, a confirmation is sent via email and SMS.
OCCI members can also access various other e-services, including Membership Card Renewal, Membership Card Cancellation, Company Name Change, and more. These services aim to simplify processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support the growth of entrepreneurs across the Sultanate of Oman.
