- Submitting the statement of appeal along with a certified copy of the first-instance judgment, a legal power of attorney for an authorized lawyer before the Court of Appeal, and payment of the applicable fees and bail, if required
- The requirements are in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Procedures Law and other laws related to sharia appeals, such as the Personal Status Law, etc.
