Special conditions
- The payment must be completed within 3 months of confirming the reservation
- The beneficiary must confirm the reservation within 5 days of the initial reservation
- The beneficiary can’t move between available residential options except by cancelling the initial reservation
- The beneficiary can reserve, confirm the reservation or view other residential options when making the decision
- The beneficiary must pay a deposit to reserve the residential land
- The service is available for those who meet the grant requirements
- It is not required for your turn to arrive to receive the residential land
- The land can’t be sold before completing the construction
