- A: The Scholarship Committee approves requests for changing the educational institution in the following cases: 1- The student’s transfer from one university to another with justifications approved by the attachés or supervisory bodies. 2- Changing the student’s educational institution in the preparatory program or the English language program, provided that he meets the unconditional acceptance requirements of the institution he is willing to transfer to in the same specialty field. 3- Changing the educational institution after fini the preparatory program or language requirements, and the student’s fulfillment of unconditional admission to the academic program from the educational institution
