Residential land grant feesFees to be paid are 1 Omani Rial per square meter in Salalah and Muscat governorate (excluding Qurayyat) and 500 Baisa per square meter in other governorates and Qurayyat.

Special conditions
- The applicant must be of Omani nationality
- The beneficiary must be 23 years old or older and a breadwinner for a family consisting of a wife and children, or one of them, or for one of the parents, or a guardian for his minor siblings
- If it is a self-reporting press, its net price must not exceed 40 years
- The beneficiary must submit a request for a residential plot in the governorate where their address or permanent workplace is located, provided that they have not previously been granted a residential land or a social housing
