Special conditions
- The beneficiary must be registered with the Authority
- Printted Documents should be available in the search engine of NRAA
- Getting a beneficiary card to register a personal account in the system
- The request for reproducing the archives is submitted to the supervisor in the reading room, using the designated form
- The archives are reproduced within the limits permitted by the requirements of proper preservation of the archives, meet the purposes of research, and cite them according to the number permitted by the Authority
- The circulation and use of copied archives for commercial or personal gain purposes is prohibited unless written approval is obtained from the Authority
- The beneficiary can obtain certified copies and contents of their related archives after submitting a request using the appropriate form and paying the required fees
- The beneficiary may get paper or electronic copies of the archives in the Authority, after paying the fees required for that
