Madayn’s e-Services on the Masar Platform

The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn” is a government institution aimed at managing and developing industrial cities across the Sultanate of Oman, fostering the private sector engagement in manufacturing and spurring economic growth within the country.

To reach these goals, The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn” seeks to develop its services and facilitate procedures for investors and entrepreneurs by launching the Masar Platform, which includes many e-services, divided into five categories, including: Contract services, engineering services, construction permits, employment permits and licenses, inspection services, and general services provided by Madayn to investors.

The platform also includes a number of features for users, making it quick and easy to navigate and save previous steps, such as: Shortcuts feature, which allows the investor to customize the services he needs frequently and return to them quickly; My Assets feature, which is a record of all assets owned by the investor such as contracts, land plots and permits; Progress Tracking feature, which helps the investor track the progress of any request he submits through the request reference number, and can also add files and modify the request at any time.
