File an Appeal Before the Criminal Circuit
This service enables you to file a statement of appeal within (30) days from the date of the judgment for the convicted person and (45) days for the public prosecution before the court that issued the judgement. A convicted person in custody may file an appeal before the authorities.

Special conditions
- Submitting the statement of appeal along with a copy of the first-instance judgment, a legal power of attorney for the authorized lawyer before the Court of Appeal, and payment of applicable fees and bail, if required
- Requirements are in accordance with the Criminal Procedures Law and other laws related to criminal appeals, such as the Penal Code, etc.
