Special conditions
- Complying with the Royal Decree No. (114/2001) issuing the Environmental Protection and Pollution Control Law
- Complying with the technical requirements for licenses issued by the Authority
- Complying with the Radiation Materials Monitoring and Management Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. (249/97), amended by Ministerial Decision No. (281/2003)
- Adhering to the Ministerial Decision No. (21/99), amended by Ministerial Decision No. (81/2002), regarding the imposition of fees for granting licenses for the import, transport, storage, and use of radioactive materials
