This service enables citizens and foreign residents, both within and outside Oman, to get a non-conviction certificate from the General Directorate of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations through the Royal Oman Police app or website.

Special conditions
- For citizens or foreigners within the Sultanate of Oman: - Activate the applicant's Mobile PKI SIM card if logging in via PKI on the ROP mobile application. - Ensure an active mobile number is available to receive an OTP for application login, especially if the applicant is outside Oman.
- For a foreigner outside the Sultanate of Oman: The applicant must currently be outside the Sultanate of Oman- Provide details of the last passport used to enter Oman and the civil number issued by the Civil Status during their period of residence in Oman
