This service enables real estate development companies to get a permit to advertise local properties within the Sultanate of Oman, provided that the property is completed or the company is qualified under the off-plan sales system in accordance with the warranty account regulations.

Special conditions
- The project must be registered on the Tatwir platform
- The developer may advertise or promote the sale of real estate units in the project after receiving the approval from the relevant authority
- The amounts deposited in the guarantee account may not be used for advertising and promoting the project in excess of 3% of these amounts
- The advertisement may be through newspapers, visual or print media, social media, or billboards
- It is required to provide proof of project registration on the Tatwir platform and opening a guarantee account with a licensed bank
- A statement including the number of divided real estate units and their details, such as location and area, must be provided
- Proof must be provided that the amounts deposited in the guarantee account are not less than 20% of the total project cost
- The value of the project land or the completed construction works is included in this percentage calculation
