- The used goods must be located within the Sultanate
- The taxable entity must purchase the used goods from any of the following: An individual not subject to tax in the Sultanate. A taxable person who has accounted for tax on those used goods according to the profit margin mechanism with the approval of the tax authority. A taxable person who is not entitled to deduct input tax on those used goods
