- Complying with the technical specifications of the vehicle container (refrigerated truck) or the technical specifications and health requirements of the container's structure.
- The activity of the institution or company in the commercial registry must be related to transporting and marketing fish, and its codes in the commercial registry are (472104, 031101, 102003, and 462005)
