The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) provides a range of e-services for affiliated members in an effort to develop digital services, and to achieve the Chamber's mission of serving the interests of the private sector and its development through innovative tools in line with the business community.
When accessing the OCCI website, customers are required to log in through the phone number and activate the electronic authentication, or the ID card using the card reader, then go to the e-services panel and select “Membership Renewal” and specify the commercial registration number to be renewed, and choose the Chamber number to which it is affiliated. After verifying the ID card, a screen appears with the previously listed company data, the beneficiary can renew the membership for one or two years to display the renewal fees directly, and then fill in the data, such as: Name, address, phone number, and email address, in addition to filling them in English in the accounting data or invoice that will appear. Then, the beneficiary proceeds to the electronic payment window, to pay the amounts through it, and thus the Membership Certificate has been renewed, and he/she will then receive a notification by e-mail and phone confirming the success of the transaction.
The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry offers a number of e-services, all of which are listed on the Chamber's website, which are characterized by ease and speed, thus demonstrating a great interest in developing the work system to achieve the best benefit for the private sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
