Special conditions
- The property must not be seized or mortgaged
- GCC citizens are allowed to own more than one residential land, except for citizens of the United Arab Emirates of Omani origin as they are allowed to purchase only one property. If it is proven that they have conducted any permissible business with it, then they are allowed to buy another one
- The service is provided only to citizens of GCC countries who are over 21 years of age
- The title deed for citizens of GCC countries who are under 21 years old must be shared with the mother or father in the case of purchasing the real estate
- The sale or investment of land is not permitted until after a period of 4 years
- At least one building must be built on the vacant land if it is sold within a period of 4 years from the date of purchase
