your profile: Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit

The Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit has launched the Scientific Contributions Initiative as part of its commitment to community participation. The initiative is divided into two categories: Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate, and Researchers, with the aim of enabling researchers to contribute their studies towards achieving Oman Vision 2040.
Researchers interested in sharing their work can find the relevant rules and requirements on the Unit’s website, based on their scientific category. The process begins with registering on the platform, followed by completing the participation form with all necessary details, including full name, date of birth, email address, educational level, name of university or college, and academic specialisation. Additionally, participants must provide details of the study they wish to submit, such as title of the study, names of the researchers, nature of the study, previous publication status, and then prioritise the relevant aspects of the research from the predefined list within the form. The participant must then upload a summary of the study and submit the form.
It is worth noting that both citizens and residents can submit scientific contributions to the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit platform in the same way. All submissions undergo a rigorous scientific review process by experts in the field before being published on the platform. Research may be submitted in either Arabic or English, and if a valid patent has been obtained, proof of the patent must be attached to the scientific material.
The Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit places great importance on scientific content, recognising its key role in building a comprehensive database that effectively contributes to the development of projects and initiatives aligned with the vision
