This service enables you to request the registration of a new endowment. The request can be submitted by the endower, the endowment's agent, the guardian, or an authorized representative of the owner through the system's homepage.

Special conditions
- The donor must be legally eligible to donate according to Sharia requirements
- The donor's intent must be valid and free from defects at the time of establishing the endowment
- The donor must meet the legal age requirement
- The donor must be Omani or a citizen of a GCC country
- The endowment must be an asset that can be utilized
- The endowment must be owned by the donor
- The endowment must be fully known to the donor at the time of its establishment
- The entity receiving the endowment must be a charitable entity
- The endowment must be legally permissible according to Sharia
