Required documents
- Safety Data Sheet containing a risk analysis study, especially related to carcinogenic effects and other negative effects
- An original copy of the package label that includes information about the fertilizer or soil conditioners, the trade name, the producing company, the ingredients, methods and rates of adding to crops, the batch number, and expiration dates in both Arabic and English
- Fertilizer analysis certificate stating the chemical and physical properties, proportions of elements and their sources
- .A Permission or Authorization Letter from the Producing Company to Register the Fertilizer or Soil Conditioners
- Certificate of analysis of fertilizer/soil conditioner from a government laboratory or GLP
- A certificate of circulation and registration of the fertilizer or soil conditioner in the country of origin, provided in both Arabic and English, and certified by the Embassy of the Sultanate or one of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) embassies.
- A certificate from the manufacturer confirming the product's quality, accompanied by a certified and authenticated fertilizer or soil conditioner analysis certificate. The authentication must be from the Embassy of the Sultanate or one of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) embassies.
- Original copies of the Technical Data Sheet for fertilizers and soil conditioners both in Arabic and English, showing the detailed data for fertilizers and soil conditioners.n
