- A copy of the passport and the residency card of the property owner residing in the Sultanate whom the family will be attached to
- Proof of relationship
- A valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months
- A letter from the real estate entity where the property is located
- A copy of the real estate registry, sent from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning
- A message from the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism
