In this regard, the Environment Authority has provided an electronic form to submit a report if a pollution incident of any kind is detected in the environment, and immediately submit a report to the Pollution Operations Control Center at the Authority.
To access the form, visit the Environment Authority's website, go to the Authority's services, and then select the Pollution Reporting Form. It requires filling out data that helps in dealing with the report properly. The form starts by identifying the source of the report, registering the name, position, and entity, and specifying the time, date, location, source, causes, and type of the pollution incident, along with the apparent description of the pollution, such as color, odors, etc., as well as the estimated area of pollution or leakage, and attach any documents, such as: Photos and samples, then the signature of the person reporting, attaching his/her ID card, and then sending the report easily. This form can also be submitted through the Environment Authority's email or fax.
