Request for Notification of Appeal Period
This service allows the judgment creditor or their representative to request the court secretariat to notify the judgment debtor of the issued judgment. This applies when the debtor has failed to attend all hearings of the case and has not submitted a memorandum of defense, in accordance with Articles (11 and 204) of the Civil Procedure Code.

- The notification request must be submitted by judgment creditor or his representative, along with personal identification, a copy of the original judgment, and the legal power of attorney, if the request is submitted by the representative.
