Special conditions
- Conditions for conformity of pesticide specifications (quality control) 1. If the applicant is a company, the company must be licensed to practice the activity at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment Promotion and have obtained the pesticide registration at the Pesticide Management Department at the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources 2. Original standard sample of the active ingredient 3. Original sample of the pesticide package 4. Analysis method
- Conditions for pesticide residues: 1. The sample must be refrigerated to avoid pesticide breakage (placed in a refrigerated container) 2. The sample size must meet laboratory requirements: - 5 kilograms for field crops - 3 kilograms for leafy crops - 3 to 5 units for watermelons and gourds 3. The sample must be fit for use 4. The sample must be unwashed
- Soil conditions: 1. A sample must be taken from the field + a sample from the pesticide storage warehouse + a sample from the place where the pesticide is prepared • Water conditions: A sample must be taken from the farm's irrigation basins or channels
