Registration feesFees to be paid to register and renew the contract each time.

Cadastral plan fees (Salalah and Muscat wilayats)Fees to be paid to get the new cadastral plan (krooki) in Salalah and wilayats of Muscat governorate except Qurayyat.
Cadastral plan fees (other wilayats)Fees to be paid to get the new cadastral plan (krooki) in the other wilayats and Qurayyat.
Property registration feesFees to be paid to register the property is 1% of the value of the usufruct land.
Land rent feesFees vary and are calculated separately for each request depending on the type of usufruct and area, and are paid annually.
