Special conditions
- The break should not exceed 2 semesters (fall and spring)
- The student must provide evidence that the absence was due to an acceptable excuse
- The remaining period to complete the academic level should not exceed the maximum duration for the level as specified in this system
- Submitting the approval of the student’s employer or funding body when submitting the re-enrollment application
