Special conditions
- The request must be submitted by the author or publisher only.
- The publication must comply with the Printing and Publishing Law.
- When another entity, such as the publisher, submits the request, a no-objection letter from the author or relevant party may be required.
- A specialized educational certificate in the relevant field must be attached for specialized requests, such as educational and curriculum books.
