Find solutions here to some of the most common challenges:

- How to Know If Your SIM Card Supports PKI?

Visit The PKI Portal and choose: Check the availability of the service on the phone.

If it does not support PKI, go to your service provider store (Omantel or Ooredoo) to replace it with a new one.

- What to do if you receive an ‘Index Error’ message?

Visit The PKI Portal and choose: Reactivation of the service on the phone.

- What to do if you receive a SIM card PIN block message?

1- Reactivate the service on the phone through Activation and reactivation of the service on the mobile phone

2- Enter your phone number

3- Choose your service provider (Omantel or Ooredoo) 

4- Agree to terms and conditions

5- Click “activation”

- What to do if your card reader device did not recognize the card when using SConnect?

Download the card reader device software and install it on your device.

If you are a user of Linux or macOS operating systems, download the suitable operating software from the manufacturing company of the card reader device.
