The Government Unified Portal gives you quick and easy access to all government e-services in Oman, saving you time and effort.
The portal also allows you to view the pages of government entities, learn about their services and how to complete and benefit from them, as well as the latest government updates and events.
2- How can I activate digital certification (PKI) and start using e-services?
You can activate digital certification and access all government services by using one of the following methods:
- Identity Card
- Residence Card
- Phone SIM card
- Smart Key Container (Token)

3- Does the portal support persons with disabilities? What facilities are available to them?
Yes, the Government Unified Portal of government services is designed to meet the needs of all users, including people with sensory, physical, and intellectual disabilities and the elderly. It provides features that make it easier for them to browse, access services, and complete transactions easily and conveniently by:
- Text reader
- Guided videos
- Photo description

4- Should the user log in to access the services available via this portal?
Yes, login allows you to benefit from all the services and information provided by the portal.
5- Are the services posted on this portal updated?
Yes, all services provided via the portal are updated periodically to ensure their efficiency.
6- Does the portal provide a search feature for services?
Yes, you can search for any service you need using the search engine at the top of the page. You can also use the automated assistant (AI) to find out more details about any service.
7- What steps should I follow in case any error occurs during my browsing of the portal or using its services?
We welcome your feedback and suggestions which you can provide via the "Feedback Center" link available at the bottom of the page.
8- How can I make suggestions about the portal?
At he bottom of the page, you will find a question if you are satisfied with the page or not, you can provide your feedback and suggestions through it.
9- Can I start the e-service steps and then save them to complete them later?
Yes, once you start the e-service steps, you can save them as a "draft" to be completed later.
10- How can I communicate with customer service when needed?
There are different ways to get customer service support:
- Submit the support report through the "feedback element on the website"
- Submit the support report through the "User Feedback Centre"
- Communicate with the entities via the focal points at the bottom of the entity page.
