The Public Authority for Economic Zones and Free Zones provides e-services for citizens and residents in an effort to increase work efficiency and provide the highest level of transparency and professionalism, one of these services is the “Book an Appointment” service.

You can open the appointment booking form without the need to log in to the website, and fill in some personal data to facilitate communication after booking. You can select the department or division you want to meet with from the list available without exception, starting with the Chairman of the Authority, and moving on to the rest of the departments and directorates, while specifying the date and time that suits the official working hours of the Authority's employees. In the personal data section, the applicant is required to include their full name, mobile phone number, and email address for easier communication after the appointment is booked.

It is also possible to book an appointment with SEZAD by following the same procedures followed to book an appointment with the Authority. When filling out the data in both cases, it is required to choose the type of appointment, whether it is a meeting, or submission of files, providing a clear reason for booking the appointment.

This service is added to the range of e-services provided by the Public Authority for Economic Zones and Free Zones in order to develop its service platform for citizens and residents, in continuation of its efforts to achieve the objectives of Oman Vision 2040 set by the Government of Oman for digital transformation.
