Digital Postal Licenses Management System
your profile: Telecommunications Regulatory Authority

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority has launched the "Postal Licenses Management" system to simplify the process of obtaining a postal services license. Applicants can complete all procedures and attach the required documents according to specific periods.
The system is directly linked to the Invest Easy system, allowing automatic retrieval of commercial register data and direct payment of license fees. This ensures immediate verification of all due fees and revenue calculation for the Authority. The system also archives all license documents and data, enabling easy access for future renewals.
To obtain a postal service license, applicants should log in to the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority website, using a digitally activated phone or a personal card, with a card reader, complete the application and attach the necessary documents. The required documents include a copy of the company's membership certificate, a trademark registration certificate or proof for exploitation rights, and a business plan outlining the servicescope, coverage, employment plan, and expected revenues for the next five years. Applicants then pay the service fees, licensing fees, and bank guarantee, with lower fees for companies registered under the Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development, supporting Omani business owners.
Applicants download, sign, stamp, and attach the 'Post License Conditions' file to the application. The specialized team reviews the application, and once approved, the license is issued in a streamlined process. The Postal Licensing Management System has reduced processing time and required documents by more than half, aligning with Oman Vision 2040's goal of improving governance and resource management.
