- In the case of the institution: The applicant must provide a copy of the membership certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- In the case of the institution: The applicant can provide a copy of the municipal license (optional).
- In the case of the individual: The applicant must be free from infectious diseases based on a medical certificate issued by a recognized health institution.
- In the case of the individual: The applicant must provide proof of employment status.
- In the case of the institution: The applicant must ensure that the commercial registration of the company or institution is valid.
- In the case of the institution: The applicant must provide the bidding contract issued by the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries Wealth, and Water Resources.
- In the case of the individual: The applicant must be of Omani nationality
- In the case of the individual: The applicant must be at least 18 years old
