Initiatives for Service Projects to Develop the Governorate

In an effort to provide a platform for the  people of the governorate to present their innovative ideas and visions for potential service projects, the office of the Governor of South A’Sharqiyah aims to promote added value that contributes to the development and growth of the region governorate.

The electronic portal of the South A’Sharqiyah Governorate provides an electronic form within the services of reviewers under the "Initiatives" section, which can be submitted easily and quickly at any time, and without the need to log in. The form requires filling in necessary data, such as the applicant’s full name, phone number, Wilaya, and the entity concerned with the initiative. The list of entities available for selection includes various departments, municipalities, directorates, and other institutions in South A’Sharqiyah Governorate.

In addition, the form requires the proposed geographical location of the project, a detailed explanation of the idea, and a copy of the applicant's ID.  Attachments that help explain the initiative should also be included. The relevant department then studies the application and the possibility of implementing it, and then communicates directly with the applicant in the event of acceptance and explains the procedures followed for the work.

South A’Sharqiyah Governorate is continuously working to digitize more services that promote the development of its Wilayats and to enhance communication between officials, citizens, and residents through channels that achieve more transparency.
