In line with the digital transformation plan adopted by the Sultanate of Oman to enable path to Oman Vision 2040, the e-justice “Tawtheeq” platform was launched, which provides Notary Public services electronically without the need to go to the Notary Public’s office.

The platform provides 147 e-services, distributed over 8 systems, including: Notary Public services, Lawyers Affairs Services, Expert Affairs Services, Conciliation and Reconciliation Committees Services, Certification Office Services, Investment of Funds Services, Judicial Police Services, as well as a number of technical support services, internal correspondence, and audit services.

What makes the platform play a pivotal role in completing transactions and achieving digital transformation is the comprehensiveness and speed in providing all the basic requirements of the services, starting from attaching documents to following up the status of the request, easy verification of the applicant's identity through the video call service, security and privacy by applying electronic authentication technology to log in to the platform, and ensuring protection and privacy of information as the platform is connected to the government's cloud (G-cloud).

The Tawtheeq Platform is integrated with more than 18 governmental bodies, working side by side to speed up information exchange between them, simplify procedures, reduce the time to complete various transactions, and provide accurate databases.
