Oman Post has introduced an online document attestation service to offer customers greater ease and convenience. This digital service reflects Oman Post’s commitment to enhancing customer experience and developing its services in line with digital transformation goals. The service is available through a dedicated link on the website, allowing customers to complete the process efficiently without visiting a service center.
To apply, customers fill out the online form and upload the required documents, including their Capture Address PIN, document type (educational, personal, or commercial), and scanned copies of both sides of the document. Customers can contact the Oman Post Call Center during official hours for assistance with the application process.
During the application, the service fee is calculated, and a payment link is sent to the customer’s email. After payment, a reference number is issued to track the request and select a preferred branch for document collection. Once the attestation is completed in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the certified documents are delivered via express mail to the address provided in the application.
