Oman Tender Board Launches Video Meeting Service
your profile: General Secretarait of the Tender Board

To achieve maximum efficiency in the services provided to auditors, the General Secretariat of the Tender Board launched an online scheduled video meetings service as part of its innovative services to facilitate full support to auditors across all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.
The service aims to find faster and more efficient communication channels between employees and auditors, reducing the time needed to complete transactions and services. By leveraging modern communication technologies, auditors can conduct direct video meetings with employees of the General Secretariat of the Tender Board across various departments. This ensures the prompt processing of transactions or provides consultations in different fields related to the Secretariat. Notably, the service is available to all segments of society, including individuals, government institutions, private institutions, and companies.
The General Secretariat of the Tender Board has outlined the process for scheduling their meetings with its employees. Beneficiaries can book appointments by filling out an electronic form available on all the Secretariat’s social media accounts. To schedule a video meeting with the Customer Service Department, customers must provide their basic details, including name, civil number, company name, commercial registration number, governorate, email, phone number, a description of the request, and the preferred date and time for the meeting. The implementation of this service is part of the Secretariat’s broader development plan to streamline procedures and enhance service quality, aligning with Oman Vision 2040’s digital transformation strategy.
