Renew Minor Building Permit

This service enables you to renew the permit for constructing an external extension, making minor architectural modifications to the building, carrying out building maintenance, fencing an extension of residential, industrial, or agricultural land, and constructing a sewage tank within the plot boundaries. The permit is issued by the Technical Licensing Department of Muscat Municipality, based on its geographical jurisdiction within the respective wilayat.
