Renewing the license of private medical personnel electronic...
your profile: Ministry Of Health

The Ministry of Health provides an electronic service for renewing licenses of private personnel, contributing to the digital transformation of the health sector in line with Oman Vision 2040. These services enhance the accuracy, transparency and flexibility of the transactions.
The application can be submitted through the Ministry's website by logging in with the phone number (with electronic authentication activated) or the ID card ( using a card reader). Users can log in with an individual or a company account, after which they will go through four stages outlined on the site to renew the license.
The first step requires entering the medical practitioner's information, starting with the applicant's details, followed by the health facility information, and ending with the practitioner's professional classification, nationality and other relevant information. The second step involves adding the necessary attachments, such as two years of medical insurance, a personal photo and a (BLS) certificate. The third step involves paying service fees, where the users can specify the renewal period, and the system automatically calculates the cost. There is also an option to review and verify the accuracy of the information before completing the payment process.
Through this service, users can track additional details, such as viewing all previous requests, viewing registered data, and downloading the license document for printing or saving. This is with the possibility of performing several services, such as renewing medical facility licences, adding or canceling representatives, and other features that provide greater flexibility to the medical sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
