About the Establishment

About the Establishment

Madayn was established in 1993 under Royal Decree No. 32/93 and is concerned with the development and management of industrial cities in the Sultanate of Oman. With a vision to boost industrial growth, Madayn actively encourages the private sector to invest in manufacturing, fueling economic development and shaping a prosperous future for the nation.

Madayn currently oversees 12 industrial cities across the Sultanate of Oman, including Sur, Suhar, Raysut, Nizwa, Al Buraimi, Al Rusayl, Samail, Ibri, Al Mudhaibi, Mahas, Al Suwaiq, and Knowledge Oasis Muscat, along with Al Mazunah Free Zone.
